If you have a Centrelink related enquiry, please visit www.servicesaustralia.gov.au

Alternatively, we have local Centrelink Service Centres in Bondi Junction (Bondi Junction Service Centre - Find Us - Services Australia) and Darlinghurst (Darlinghurst Service Centre - Find Us - Services Australia)

In all communication with Centrelink, please ensure you provide the following details:

  • Centrelink Reference Number (CRN)

Immigration

If you need help with immigration, passports, citizenship, visas or travel documents you can call Immigration on 131 881.   

The Department of Home Affairs can assist in matters such as Immigration, Citizenship and Visas.

The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade deals with the issuing of passports. 

If you are unable to locate the assistance you need, or if you are experiencing significant Visa processing or passport delays please contact us, [email protected]. As your Federal Member, Allegra can communicate with the Department of Home Affairs and Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade on your behalf.

Humanitarian Visa Sponsorship

Passports 

Your Federal Member can act as a bridge to communicate with the Department of Home Affairs and Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.  

The Department of Home Affairs can assist in matters such as Immigration and Visas, whilst the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade deal with the issuing of passports.  

We understand that COVID-19 has greatly impacted processing times of both Visas and passports, which can cause significant stress to you and your family.
