Delivered
Our economy has been stuck in a rut and we need real reform to boost productivity and growth. As a member of parliament’s Economics Committee, my focus has been on delivering:
- [/] A National Tax Roundtable Process – that’s brought together economists, business leaders, and civil society to build the case for long-term reform.
- [/] Support for start-ups and small businesses – securing important protections from new industrial relations laws.
- [/] Skilled migration reform – making it easier for Wentworth businesses to bring the best and the brightest to Australia.
Future Plans
I want to build a smarter economy that’s helps Australian start-ups get ahead and stops young people from falling behind. I'm focused on:
- Tax reform – to lower income taxes on working people, restore intergenerational equity and enable young people to buy houses, and improve business productivity.
- Making Australia the best place to start and grow a business – by improving access to capital and reducing unnecessary red tape.
- Accountable government spending – that delivers the infrastructure we need, without the waste and the rorts we’ve had in the past.
